It’s human nature to worry and second guess ourselves. But we can choose what it is that we spend our precious brain space worrying about. Once we get rid of all the unnecessary niggling we are free to use that space to truly consider the important things that will enhance our lives.
The more stuff you have, the more you have to worry about. Streamline your wardrobe, cupboards, mantlepiece, financial liabilities, headspace, friendships, to do list and lifestyle.
Sounds easier said than done? Well yes, but by getting rid of anything that is not essential you create space to breathe and a place where stress is manageable.
Worry gives small things a big shadow
What Other People Think
What people think or say about you , actually has nothing to do with you. It is influenced by their own agendas, whether they be well intentioned or not.
Pay attention to your own words and leave others to theirs.
Work out a budget. Stick to the budget.
It’s inevitable. And a privilege.
Be comfortable. Be you.
Asking For Help
There is a great strength in asking for help.
If you treat every situation as a life and death matter, you’ll die a lot of times.
Let it inform you, not define you.
Test your memory, try to recall what you were worrying about one year ago.
